Key Kids Snow Day Care

Key Kids Snow Day Care is available when school is closed due to weather conditions. 

This service is available only to families who register in advance by filling out the form below. 

  • Hours: Care is available beginning at 6:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
  • Location: Winona Middle School, unless noted
  • Cost: $28 per day for one child and $25 per day for each additional child

Late Start Snow Care is available beginning at 6:30 a.m. Children will be bused to their respective schools in time for the 9:45 a.m. start. Cost is $10 per day for one child and $8.50 per day for each additional child.

Children will need to bring a lunch/beverage for all day care. A morning and afternoon snack/beverage will be provided.

If all district buildings are closed at the discretion of Winona Area Public Schools and/or the State of Minnesota to provide safety for staff and families, care will not be available. 

Please note: Key Kids cannot provide care if school is dismissed early due to weather. In the event that students are dismissed during the school day, you will need to make arrangements to get your child(ren) home from school.
